- You may get an Email which allow you to go view the ticket status and response online. If you delete the email, you can always go back to this page and Click "Retrieve my ticket", if may take up to 5 mintues for you to retrieve your ticket list. Do not click twice.
- You will get a notice when you get your online question answered. So, do not worry, just wait until you get an Email for the answers. We normally answer your questions within 2 hours between US time 9am-11pm.
